On a beautiful night, I dreamt I could fly

High above the sky, in a watercolour sky

The stars in the heavens, they were so bright

It was so peaceful, a sweet departure I'd find



The moon it was glowing, so magical and serene

Colours of orange, pink and blue, near and far seen

The clouds changed before my eyes, my heart skipped a beat

Oh! I thought, this must be a dream, so divine and so sweet



And then I woke, my dream now lost

But I have this memory in my head, it won't be forgot
