Giraffe at the Bar

At the bar there stands a giraffe

Her built is quite peculiar

She wears a top hat, poses so stiff

Won't answer even if you speak

Just standing there, looking so grand

She'll never touch a drop of the spirits there on hand



Her eyes they dart around like knives

Trying to find a proper spot

But alas, the bar is no place

For such a strange built giraffe



Eyes steady, she moves with such grace

Leaving the place without a trace

She'll travel on with her pride intact

Though history tells her she won't come back

For the giraffe explains not a word
