The stillwaters gave a calm and gentle call

That I heard with each and every beat of sun

It shone with brilliance, dazzling and small

I thought my heart, it might have won

My spirit rose and soared, it seemed to swell

As I saw the reflections of the clouds

Ne'r have I seen something so beautiful

Like a wildflower growing in a crowd

My love for nature seemed to grow

It's beauty took my breath away

And I thanked God so gratefully, I know

That I would return another day.
