Below the blue sky's blanket lies,
My gaze drifts to powdery slopes below,
Where skiers play, with nature's show.

Sunlight warms my winter face,
My smile expands and comes alive,
I yearn to ski, glide forth with zeal,
Excitement and joy that time reveal.

Once gliding down the slopeside, I,
Travel with grace, broad wings in flight,
Panting, though tempted to screech out loud,
I revel in this snowy crowd.
