Trees in the Glasshouse

Trees in our glasshouse, oh so small,

Through the branches a bursting light does fall.

The glasshouse is carpeted all around

With colors of yellow and white and brown.

The beauty of it causes the heart to swell,

But I must remember to break the spell.

And take a breath of the fresh country air

And admire the beauty that's hidden there.

Inside the glasshouse a secret lies,

A little piece of nature that never dies.

A silent reminder of what is gone,

But the beauty still remains, still lives on.
